With the opening on Super Nintendo World in Japan, we got to thinking about theme parks. Will things like The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and Super Nintendo World lead to even more fandoms getting their own theme parks? (As opposed to the most marketable fandoms getting their logos slapped on a re-tooled ride at Universal Studios?) We can only hope. We talk about the good and bad about some of these parks, and ask a very important question: What fandom do YOU think should have it’s own theme park/world?
